      Strong research pedigree, solid track record in EU funded projects, good strategic relationships with e.g. IBM, experienced and loyal staff, good strategic partners across Europe, supporting leadership team that's pro-staff growth

      Distributed team, but this is more an advantage than a disadvantage with expertise across Europe

      Working at Inlecom has given me the opportunity to meet an interesting bunch of researchers throughout Europe. Team work is essential and we all learn from each other.
