Pros

The people are/were the best thing this company had going for it but unfortunately most have left due to the direction the company headed. Most of the tenured people left already.

Cons

There is no clear direction in which the company is going. Everyone seems to be "winging it" now after Inline was purchased in 2020. Customer service has gone down the drain. Instead of a customer-first approach like in the past, we took a "What is best for business" approach and put the customer to the side. Employees' suggestions on how to improve the company mostly fall on deaf ears, with no action taken. Those in management positions are doing everything they can to climb the corporate ladder instead of being the employees that made this company great before. They watch out for themselves only. In good faith, I would not recommend anyone take a job at this company in the current condition it is in. I do not see this company existing within the next year.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. It’s really disappointing to see the disgruntled ex-employee reviews in here. Management is very friendly, knowledgable and hardworking. Customer service is priority and pay is fair.

Cons

Customers in every field imaginable, so it’s hard to be able to focus on a single rate of expertise. Because of the close knit SMB business style, bad employees are given too many opportunities to correct their flaws when they should’ve let them go.

Great starting point for an IT career You have the opportunity to learn so many different aspects of the industry.

Cons

Pay rates tend to be low for most positions. Typical corporate culture. No performance incentives. Doesn't value customer relationships.
