Pros
A good side hustle when you can get work. Agents are communicative and kind, they’re willing to work with you on freelance rates, and you have a lot of control over what you do there.
Cons
Pay takes a long time to get to you. In some cases, a month or two. Work is not guaranteed, I’ve gone many months without being offered anything. Additionally, when you are, you still need to complete writing tests and be accepted by the client company before you can actually do the work.
