      great team to work with Staff really do care about the children in their care opportunities to progress within the company new, exciting things to deal with every day

      Cons

      management never listen to staff which results in poor judgement and bad decisions being made staff are under appreciated for the extra hours and work put in beyond what they are paid to do

      Free lunch and free parking

      Cons

      Terribly closed culture. No mutual respect. DOCs shout people down in MDT meetings, people are scared to contribute. The atmosphere is so tense it’s a terrible place to work.
