A lot of projects to learn from, very friendly colleges, fixable working hours, salaries are relatively good in the market. Give mobile and transportation allowances. Free coffee.
Cons
Under stress all the time, no appreciation for your extra work, ask you to work in weekends without, don't pay for extra working hours or weekends, extremely hard to take a vacation, being managed from non technical people, annual raise is not good, allowances are not sufficient.
