Great PTO policy, health care benefits, lots of opportunities to make extra money from commissions and tips, the guests are usually very nice and love the property so it is easy to be nice to them and sell rooms,
Cons
Sometimes there is a lot of down time, the job can be repetitive, no room for growth, no set schedule, $15 starting FD hourly, when it is busy it is crazy hectic-the phones ring and there are people in front of you asking questions--it is not a good job for people who do not know how to multitask quickly and work under pressure
