There seems to be no rational reasoning behind management decisions, only a desire to make a quick buck. A quick money grab and a little trickery are all that exists here. There is no strategy behind it. Nearly every day, decisions are changing to the complete opposite. 4. There is a lot of lying to customers involved, and it is necessary if you want to keep working there. 5. There is no value placed on employees by the management. It won't take them long to get rid of you once they stop sensing your loyalty or when they are able to replace you with a cheaper labor.
