Would not reccomend - Supplier Relations Innerworkings Employee Review

- The company does NOT value its employees - Compensation is laughable - Performance reviews will not do anything. The excuse was always "we do not have any funds". I got the same $ raise in my first year as my second year and my job decryption was completely changed and I had alot more responsibilities. - Favoritism between managers/directors and their employees. If they are friends with their subordinates, they will provide more favorable career path over you.
