      -Flexible work schedule -Work is easy to learn and become proficient at with no technical skills required

      Cons

      -Pay structure is constantly changing and does not favour employee -Nepotism is rampant within company, with qualified persons not being utilized for more specialized roles -coworkers will talk behind your back for no reason with the intent to disparage your work, -HR is unethical and will not properly investigate issues -if EHS doesn't like you, they will lie if there is a workplace incident -they Niagara region is known for being prejudice. If you are a POC, be weary

      Upper management refuses to reward hard workers and let people who complain get what they deserve want. These are also the people who create problems or don’t do anything
