Pros

The best part about working at this company is the flexibility of your schedule and having the opportunity to work with many clients on Challenging problems. Incredibly smart employees but the company can't seem to keep them.

Cons

Lacks stability. Poor benefits and compensation. No room for career growth or increased compensation. Company is concerned only with its bottom line, not with the morale of its employees or career development.

Pros

InnoCentive has gone though a major improvement of products as reflected by the latest Forrester Report and enhanced web presence. With renewed emphasis on the commercial marketplace, InnoCentive has landed several new Fortune 1000 clients in US and Europe.

Cons

The innovation management markets have grown slower than many predicted, but InnoCentive is growing again.

Pros

Not much. Flexible schedule is the only pro and some of the people who are really smart. Salary is good especially for those who have been asked to stay on to avoid having the ship completely sink to the bottom.

Cons

Absolutely zero leadership. InnoCentive has had a remote CEO since 2006 and it shows. There's no vision or strategy for the future of the company. The course of the company is determined by gut feeling, opinions from poor performers who are sucking the power teet, rather than by hard market or customer data. Products and services are sub-par at best. And the entire partner ecosystem is null and void. The problem now is that the company is so far gone, it's literally holding on tight, surviving and hoping for the best outcome
