      Pros

      there is good work-live balance. Normally there is no time pressure except for the time when close to release. Regular open information sharing about products, plans, financial situation an so on.

      Cons

      The company is a bit more focused on how to make money and not how to make great games. On the big picture developers are a bit underrated. There are all kinds of C-level managers except CTO, not even head of development. Although impact of if is not tangible on day-to-day work.

      You get to work with a really great team of community managers from all over the world. The company is very interested in your personal growth, and there are lots of opportunities to learn new skills. You're encouraged to take initiatives and pursue projects that you think would help your community or InnoGames.
