Pros
Company that cares; cares about the employees; success, safety, and happiness Growing with great opportunity. Owner who is fully vested in everyone success, not merely his own. GM that is honest and supportive. Employees who really want to do their best. Comfortable atmosphere, where everyone is trusted and valued in their area of expertise.
Cons
Constant growth requires large investments (machinery, additional personal, etc), which leads to a modest (but fair) pay for the area. Raises and compensation are growing as quickly as possible, and Senior Management is very generous, but the pay isn’t as high as everyone would like.
