Interesting but... - Expert InnoSuisse Employee Review

Lack of clear strategy on sustainability. Lack of real support or concern for employees. Confusion about internal policies such as the policy about use of AI. More openness is needed with regard to the development of strategies and Experts should be involved in this, not just used at the end of the process to review proposals only. A better use of the Experts is needed and I think a change management process is needed to make Innosuisse more effective, starting with a reconsideration of its purpose.
