The team spirit here is fantastic. We have a great group of people who are always ready to innovate and bring new ideas to life. There is a lot of room to grow and be creative with your work.

The executive management can be difficult to work with. There is a lack of flexibility at the leadership level, and poor management makes it harder than it should be to get things done.

Really friendly people are there

This company basically wants to earn money. Company management is full of unskilled, stupid people who work based on favouritism and office politics. they dont want anyone who wants to build proper structures. They get rid of those people. the want bunch of people who will obey management; all the decisions are made based on their level of favour towards that person. Employees don't get payslips, no trainings and development, and literally no growth in this company. They dont meaure your performance based on your work, no bonuses, no increments, literally no appreciation for your work. and they terminate employees whenever they want to without any rational reason. Super toxic and incapabale management. I dont suggest this company to anyone who wants a better working environment without a toxic working culture.
