New Management Ruining a Good Company - Anonymous employee Innocor Employee Review

Company was sold to new PE company that hired a new CEO who is brash and doesn't seem to understand the business. Implementing changes that seem to only be made to save a buck. Good, valuable employees are being let go with no real reason why except that the company is changing processes and positions have been eliminated. It really doesn't seem like the current management has a clue or cares about employees who have dedicated years to the success of the organization.
