Pros
Average Pay Good Benefits Work from Home Good Support from QA's and Team leaders Periods of time when no projects are assigned
Cons
Tasks are mundane and repetitive, and most of the time, mentally draining. Opportunities for career growth have not existed since last year, when a year before that, many people were promoted way beyond the requirements that they currently demand for a promotion. Get ready to get terminated for no reason, ironically a month ago they were hiring like mad, and asking workers to bring more people into the company, but all of a sudden they are firing without a reasonable cause nor the proper notification in advance and more. No transferable skills Not as flexible with schedule nor KPIs (which they recognized are not calculated properly, but still is a factor to get people laid off for a reason) as stated by HR
