Pros
Anybody can get a job here. Few learning opportunities. Colleagues are friendly
Cons
The company is stuck in 2000's. Salary is 10k - 20 k and the first 3 months are without pay. Lots of micromamanaging for simple tasks. Asked to stay late even there is no work. Work - life balance doesn't exist. The emplyers most probably doesn't have a life outside the office and expects the same from employees. If we work hard and stay for a long time, do we see a single dime? Not in a million years. The manager's always acting as if the client wants the project the next second after the discussion. Totally unnecessary. There's no need to work on Saturdays, but you have to be there. These are just some of the cons off top of my head.
