Cons
This company has grown fast, too quick and is a pure joke. Pharma companies use this organization due to the cheap bids they put in place to win contracts for patient support programs. Which is a real loss for big pharma as this company cannot and will never deliver what they promise service wise. They hire managers that have no management experience, pretty much just hire friends or close contacts to build a program and then when implementing a program they do not value any input on how to make a process better. Physicians/clinics hate this organization and they have lost contracts due to their lack of professionalism and rightfully so. Overall, case workers and nurse case managers are good to work with, upper management is the worst management I have ever worked with. Big pharma should pay more for contracts with other specialty healthcare networks/companies instead of this giant company. HR is a joke, you can try to apply for jobs, but you will never a get a response and then when they are desperate to hire, they will hire people after only a 20 min phone interview and they will never hire someone with previous experience, only newbies that don't know what to expect and will put in 60-80 work weeks.
