Pros
company seems alright, other departments are not too bad but pharmacovigilance is run by Indians and they keep sponsoring indians from india and only promote them or their friends.
Cons
racism, nepotism. Company new about what was going on due to end of year survey and the issue of racism was not addressed. Most non-indians were not promoted and quit the job. If you are indian you will get promote and if you are a friends of the management in that department even better chances of getting promoted. dont hire enough and keep increasing work load
