Great team! Best people from around the globe is the most prominent part of the university. Startup environment, although the university is trying to move to a big company model as quickly as possible. Competitive salaries for the local market. Everything is new and fresh: buildings, equipment, apartments. Innopolis is an entirely new city.

Lack of established processes, most of the job roles are not clearly defined, usually you don't know how much research, publications, teaching, or administrative work you have to do, hierarchy and company structure are highly agile, strategy of the university is not stated explicitly.
