      Great flexibility, work-life balance, exposure to modern tech stacks, and a wonderful, diverse team. Opportunities for growth are there with the variety of possible career paths, and the company seems to have a secure future.

      Cons

      The product can sometimes be hard to get excited about, but there are opportunities to move laterally across teams and disciplines for a variety of exposure.

      Pros

      This is a great company and very rewarding work. I get to leverage my tax knowledge and I also get to work with large clients (mostly Fortune 500) to enhance their tax footprint via software implementation. This is all remote work with very little travel. I also enjoy the variety of work and this is a challenging environment.

      No cons during my first year.
