C-suite is living in another dimension only. CEO comes on town halls asking our families to buy agents because no one else will. Strategy changes every 3 days can’t stick to one thing and see it through. Bringing up product launches when there is no product. Leadership likes to do everything on a whim just to get ahead in the market and then gets upset when their entry level strategy fails. Launched free pilots, failed, didn’t listen to anyone that it was gonna fail, abandoned. They disguise this as a “fail fast” but not when every strategy is a fail. At some point you have to take a step back and think “hmm maybe I don’t know what I’m talking about.” There’s also no repercussions to making mid/junior level people’s lives hell or making them cry. Personal comments are passed by leadership and HR doesn’t even bat an eye when you complain. They’re “coached” to be better. And on top of that they keep those type of people and fire the ones that actually have a brain. If you’re a customer or prospect, RUN. They have no real product, they’re selling a dream. Marketing leadership in Noida office has no idea what they’re doing or talking about. You can see them type every little thing into Claude to get an answer and send it back to juniors.
