-hours are good -holiday pay -managers don’t care if your listening to music or on phone - forklift certification - train in different departments - company BBQ

Cons

-Management is more focus of personal interest than companies -approves failed product -disrespectful towards employees they manage. - management has minimal experience in medical device field and how to lead a team. -favoritism is a big thing for this company. - lack of organization employees do what they feel like show up when they want.

Company can make a difference in healthcare with their medical products and their Aquaox system - The have innovative technology vs. what's currently available in the market

Cons

Company talks about value of employees and treating people like family, but then makes knee-jerk reaction to cut people before sales development plans are able to take root and start producing results. - Company ownership does not understand medical/healthcare sales, lack of experience in this area. - Aquaox division tough to work with, lack of transparency, teamwork, trust.
