OTEs are stretch goals, 110% effort won't get you there.
Culture here is currently imbalanced. All the posters are on the wall, and the core values are defined, there's just no alignment.
People get fired, or choose to leave, before they even get a chance to warm up their seat.
Inasmuch as pivoting is necessary in a start up, lot's of compulsive decisions are made. If you challenge those decisions you're a negative person with limited vision.
