Pros
It is really good for freshers. Very vast exposure on the embedded platforms. If you think, you have the ability to self-drive yourself as a fresher, then you can start your work in innovate as a fresher, it will give you a very bright openings in future. Much pressure which will make you to learn.
Cons
Too much pressure. Freshers who think they can not work independent should never join. Almost no hike if the performance is bad. Very tight schedules, that you need to stare the system monitor for 8 hours a day. Not good for experienced guys.
