My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Even after completing my work and fulfilling my responsibilities, my pending salary has remained unpaid for over a year. Despite repeated follow-ups through emails, calls, and messages, I have received only explanations and promises, with no actual resolution. The lack of transparency and accountability regarding employee payments has caused significant financial stress. Employees should not have to continuously chase the company for wages they have already earned.

As a fresher in IT industry after switching from a different industry and a professional break for an year, I am forever thankful to the management for giving me the opportunity to work for them and prove myself. Some of the Pros that i can highlight are: 1. Freedom to research and implement different solutions while working under different project. 2. Few seniors are very knowledgeable about the Tech and emerging solutions. 3. In depth understanding of how the company works: from planning to implementation to delivery of projects, you are part of the solution.

There are a few cons to list out especially for a company that's small. 1. Lack of trust in the employees. As a result, you would feel that you are just an expendable employee in this corporate circus no matter how well you perform. 2. Lack on encouragement to employees or positive environment to thrive in. 3. Problem of leaves - even if you are accumulating over a month's worth of leaves, it is hard to actually make use of them when in need.
