On good days office management offers flexible scheduling and tries to make work fun. The main office is located in a good area of Far North Dallas in Texas.

They are short-staffed at the corporate office. There is high turn-over and inappropriate layoffs. Employees grumble amongst themselves and gossip when corporate managers leave the office. There is a lot of bitterness, eerie tension, and bad vibes in the office on a regular basis. Office managers are very silly and childish one week followed by weeks of rude sarcasm, doublespeak, and outbursts of inappropriate emotions in successive weeks. Their management style is occasionally inadequate and inconsistent, when managers are frustrated they act passive aggressive, impatient, dishonest, and stubborn instead of controlling their own emotions, work loads, and stress. Managers make promises that they cannot keep: Office managers use the carrot on a stick technique (they dangle a carrot in front of you but never give it to you). They use excessive and overbearing flattery to string some employees along. Managers also aggressively force and impatiently rush some employees to complete too much work within too short of a time period. They manage from one extreme to the next. Office managers blow hot and cold and appear fickle and absent minded. The company has occasional problems with overbearing amounts of customer complaints and other ongoing business related dilemmas that fuels the workplace tension and bitterness. There is more to the foreboding workplace atmosphere than meets the eye.
