Good facilities and relatively laid back working environment.
No micromanaging, you're pretty much left alone if your job well.
Cons
Other people on the staff who write things like "don't work here". There are no opportunities for advancement when your work is no good. Your fault not where you work, simply put you are not promoted when your work is poor or you do little.
Like any job there are ups and downs. Some caused by general business climate and some by industry. This company serves the coal fired power plants, that industry has taken some hits.
