Pros
Good starting pay. The people are great and it's a friendly atmosphere. Most of the personnel managers are responsive and actually try. Flexible hours. Only one instance of layoffs since their founding.
Cons
Raises haven't kept up with inflation. Health insurance isn't very good. Tasking, projects, and technologies are stale and take a long time to change.
