      The EVs provided are nice and managers and dispatch try their best to help in any way they can.

      Cons

      A.I. generated routes that can be too long for 10 hours. Over hiring so you can't get full time work unless its holiday season or prime week.

      Pros

      Being outside & getting paid to exercise. Flexibility. People were always willing to swap or cover shifts. Coworkers are awesome. Dispatchers are awesome. Pay is okay but benefits could be much better.

      Cons

      CEO cares about money more than employees. Score cards are never fair and the metrics you are supposed to reach are unattainable. Vans are in bad shape. Routes are far too long and you cannot actually take your breaks without falling behind. The heat in the summers is brutal. AI creates your routes and treats drivers like robots.
