Pros
Cutting edge technology, CIO is about as genuine and smart as they come and is sole reason for company's success, company continues to grow, play hard and work if you feel like it, for the most part great people to work with, sky box at the Verizon Center for sporting events.
Cons
CEO is way over his head and brings little value and obviously doesn't practice "leading by example" because his work ethic is about as poor as they come. Decisions from the top are often driven by emotion and not facts or reason which only instigates unrest and unhappiness. office environment is more like a frat house than a wannabe software player. too many jobs filled by unqualified friends and family and half of them don't do anything all day except talk about what they're "going to do".
