company going through a lot of changes - Irrigation Technician Innovative Maintenance Solutions Employee Review

Well where could start. I have been employed by IMS for over 2 years and i have to say its been a great journey. IMS has been one of the best places i have worked at. Management is incredible. I started as a crew leader and moved my way up to field supervisor and working on becoming an account manager. One particular manager Ken Morgan has been a great mentor and believed me and has really helped me through this growth not just as a employee but a person as well. So advancement here is possible. The list of support and influences here can go on. This work environment here really feels like a Family. Everyone really supports each other here. I have a recommended this place to many close friends who are now employed by IMS. To sum it all up IMS has been truly a blessing and i look forward to what challenges 2017 has for us.

No direct deposit but could be much worst

This company as a great leader as the CEO. Unlike many others he cares deeply about making changes in the world and the team members he serves. IMS commits a large portion of the profits in supporting charities. It leaves us feeling great about what we do knowing it is helping others in ways that touch the heart deeply. I have never seen a company that does so much for the team members and the community.

No company is perfect but knowing where we are going as a company not having direct deposit is about the only thing i can think of. Many times I wish i did not have to rush out of the office on paydays to make it to the bank by 6 pm knowing. i would like to make sure all loose ends are tied up and i am ready for the next week.
