      Competitive pay for the area, does compensate for drive time and plenty of billable hours

      Cons

      Unclear boundary issues between managers and people at the top due to conflicting personal relationships. Serious lack of supervision and very difficult to move forward with goals as supervisors cancel regularly.

      Pros

      Great pay, awesome case managers and management. Extremely supportive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.

      Cons

      This is the same con as any other company providing these kinds of services -frequent cancellations from clients. Not much management can do about that.

      Wendy is great, it's very flexible, there are folks who stay for many years (including me)

      Cons

      The nature of the work means cancellations, some times there's turn over with instructors
