Pros
The ownership team and back end support is great! All owners have have actual experience working in the field and the majority still do. Being a small business they really put their workers first. Very rarely will you be denied material you need specific to your work style if at all. (Has yet to happen in my experience) Techs can also initiate sales for a decent commission.
Cons
Largely just the nature of a smaller scale operation in a place of a few very big and hungry companies we have to work harder to keep competitive. Which generally means large volumes which doesn't scale on a salary.
