      Pros

      There are occasionally people there that are willing to help you learn and are genuinely putting in a good effort to improve the company. You will become proficient in AutoCAD quickly as it is pretty much all that you'll be doing in this role.

      Cons

      The work environment is stressful and crass, there is not a well structured training process, there are extremely frustrating and inefficient aspects of their design process, and the pay does not compensate for the amount of hours you are expected to put in (50+ starting out) combined with such a stressful setting. The company is extremely cheap to say the least and their recruiting process is quite misleading in my opinion. The turnover rate is absurd and it should definitely make you think twice about working there. This was the worst job I have had and would not recommend working there. Their saving grace would be the 15% 401k match but it's vested and most don't even make it the full year for you to be able to enroll.

      Great benefits, fair pay, reasonable work/life balance, nice people, industry-leading products and talent, family-oriented management staff.

      I honestly can't think of one.

      Cons

      All the reviews that talk about "Growing so fast", "people need to work", "work hard isn't for everyone", please read their title... Realistically, the company culture is not the best in my opinion. They also state that their standards are high but when pointed out claim that it isn't a problem and that its only you that is complaining. The benefits are also not stellar.
