The company will hire any individual that walks into the door skilled or no skilled. Very easy to get a job here. For the homeless, great opportunity to start a career.

I’ve worked for this company for 2 years as a starter to my career. Ask anyone that used to work for the company and they will tell you “This company is the most unprofessional company you will come across” 1. The manager does not pay any attention to his employees. He states but never stand on his words. The employees only believe him when he takes action. He is very favouritive with his employees. The worst manager I have ever come across. He was probably born to be a woman than to be a man. The company is better off without a manager, than with this manager. He is very unprofessional. 2. Written in the contact states the rules of the office. Team leaders and supervisors also give you a reminder of the rules on the production floor. This company has rules but DO NOT FOLLOW ANY. Company rules need to be implemented as a company gets bigger in order to have a successful business. Again so unprofessional. 3. This company pays on the 15th and last day of the month. They also hold back 15 days of your pay. When you do get paid the company gives you a cheque. Most of the time there are mistakes made in the pay cheque. When this happens you then have to bring it to your team Leaders attention and wait till your next pay cheque for them to correct your pay. The CEO of the company is too cheap to have direct deposit and benefits. Unprofessional business. 4. Team leaders are bossy and do as they like. Whenever they like. They have no respect and speak to you how they like. When you complain to the manager he does absolutely nothing about it. They do not follow rules such as language barriers, dress code. Etc. Team leaders will talk to you to your face and behind your back they will talk about you. People mind others business and talk too much in the office. You can not trust a single soul in the office. Team leaders come to work dressing like they are at the beach or going to the club. Many do not dress their age or appropriate for the office. Extremely unprofessional for a business office. 5. The office needs a huge upgrade. The computers are old and always seem to have a problem. The chairs are not ergonomic they are very uncomfortable for working more than 3 hours. They leather of the chair peals and leaves a mess on your clothes. The kitchen is small, never has hand soap, or paper towels. The fridge is extremely scarce and scornful and is cleaned once every 5 weeks. The microwave is also nasty and never cleaned. The washroom is extremely nasty that employees would rather walk over to the Tim Horton’s to use the washroom than to use the workplace washroom. The stalls are all broken and you can see very clearly who is sitting on the tolite. The stalls are always out of tolite paper. The sink never has soap. Again very unprofessional of a company. 6. Skills or no skills this company hires ANYONE THAT WALKS INTO THE TWO DOORS OF THE OFFICE. Hired even without an interview. Strongly recommended for the homeless to work for this company as a steppingstone to start building their career. Once again.. this is an extremely unprofessional company. It’s sad and very sorry to say.
