As a company we strive to set as clear of expectations as possible during our interview and onboarding process to be completely transparent about the amount of hard work that is required to be successful in this organization and industry. We also understand that this level of expectation and dedication is not for everyone.
Our PTO policy is exactly as stated, unlimited. The only requirement we have is that employees provide us with a 2-week' notice, and it has never been our intention to make employees feel bad for using our PTO policy. In fact, it is quite the opposite. We’re very proud of the fact that most of our employees take great advantage of this policy to allow them time away. We have no tenure requirements on this PTO policy, and our internal data from the last two years shows that the average PTO time taken across even the highest performing employees was over 5+ weeks.
