1yThank you for sharing your thoughts. While we're pleased that you enjoyed the social aspects of our team, we do believe that doing good work you are proud of should be fun. However, we have differing assessments of our work environment and leadership team.
Our leadership team prioritizes the well-being of our employees and has numerous policies in place to ensure that our employee expectations are crystal clear beginning from the interview process. Stress plays a part in performance-based sales roles, and we are no exception to that. However, it is not our expectation that employees should "work late." We believe our quota and metrics expectations to be fair and in line with industry standards, and we believe the right people should be able to achieve those results during normal business hours, acknowledging and appreciating your efforts.
