Pros
product has very good customer traction. management and fellow engineers are very technical yet it's one of the more helpful teams I've worked with. Lots of learning and career growth opportunities. A very dynamic and quick moving team overall with clear and honest communication between teams and management.
Cons
gets busy for a couple of months every year during tape-out but team is growing and this should help.
