      Pros

      Innovize cares deeply about its workers, for they hold celebrations where free food is given for lunch.

      Cons

      The jobs are repetitive and effect your body more than intended. I have received chronic back pain as a 19 year old. I am an athlete so it is not easy for me to stand or sit all day while performing mindless jobs.
