Pros
* They will mostly hire freshers who all have a passion for fashion. If you have knowledge and dedication to learn and set your career, they will hire you; your education does not matter here.
* From a startup with a few people, it is now one of the top organizations with more than 500 employees and branches in 6 different states.
* After completing 5 years, I moved from here because of some personal family concerns; otherwise, I would have been very happy to continue here.
* The culture here is entirely different from an MNC work culture, but this culture is good for me and for those who work with passion, not only for salary and other benefits.
* There are definitely opportunities to work in interesting domains. If you complete 2 years here, you will gain overall knowledge in all cybersecurity-related domains. I am sure that I will not get this much knowledge anywhere else.
* The salary increment part is also appreciable because every year you will receive a good amount of increment; that amount is definitely not less than 5 digits.
Cons
