      The salary provided was better than expected.

      Cons

      Alternatives to integrity-based judgement are a norm. Total chaos created by poor management and a skeleton staff in the US are leading to customer dissatisfaction, poor project practices and multiple instances of misconstrued guidance to customers, employees and future endeavors.

      Pros

      Inoapps is a remarkable organization with outstanding team members who demonstrate professionalism at the highest level. Whether it was during the interview process or through subsequent communications, the level of courtesy and respect extended to me was exceptional. I have no doubt that Inoapps will continue to grow in leaps and bounds as well as set new benchmarks for success in the future.

      Pros

      Remote Work Work Flexibility HR team 👍

      Cons

      Higher attrition rate at senior level positions. I have seen innovative people working at senior level and seen leaving them in a month because of no projects. Andy (CEO) keep talking about initiatives but nothing at ground. No goodies, No hike, No appraisal, No Job security No expertise in Oracle.
