      Pros

      I’m filling blank space. There are literally none.

      Cons

      Terrible office - down an alley by Liverpool street, Central London. Regularly found human excrement in the doorway which was joked about and nothing actually ever changed. It isn’t a real job - it’s run by a CEO who’s a fairly clever guy but is just out of his depth when it comes to sales so the business development team have no idea what’s going on. No real structure for results and lack of support when you aren’t achieving said imaginary results. I can’t put it all Into words - please just do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague.

      Pros

      Inoapps is a remarkable organization with outstanding team members who demonstrate professionalism at the highest level. Whether it was during the interview process or through subsequent communications, the level of courtesy and respect extended to me was exceptional. I have no doubt that Inoapps will continue to grow in leaps and bounds as well as set new benchmarks for success in the future.

      Pros

      Remote Work Work Flexibility HR team 👍

      Cons

      Higher attrition rate at senior level positions. I have seen innovative people working at senior level and seen leaving them in a month because of no projects. Andy (CEO) keep talking about initiatives but nothing at ground. No goodies, No hike, No appraisal, No Job security No expertise in Oracle.
