      Pros

      - Inoapps invests heavily in all their consultants through certifications, workshops, etc. to ensure their skills are up to date for the most challenging projects. - This place is not for everyone but sky is the limit if you are a high performer. - Great place to grow yourself professionally if you are up for the challenge. - CEO strongly believes in a good work life balance.

      Cons

      - The company did not have a 401k match but through employee surveys they listened and introduced a competitive 401k match in 2019. - Depending on the complexity of projects, sometimes managing tasks may feel overwhelming but if you know how to multi-task efficiently you should be able to navigate with ease. Hence this place may not be ideal for the average Joe.

      Pros

      Inoapps is a remarkable organization with outstanding team members who demonstrate professionalism at the highest level. Whether it was during the interview process or through subsequent communications, the level of courtesy and respect extended to me was exceptional. I have no doubt that Inoapps will continue to grow in leaps and bounds as well as set new benchmarks for success in the future.

      Pros

      Remote Work Work Flexibility HR team 👍

      Cons

      Higher attrition rate at senior level positions. I have seen innovative people working at senior level and seen leaving them in a month because of no projects. Andy (CEO) keep talking about initiatives but nothing at ground. No goodies, No hike, No appraisal, No Job security No expertise in Oracle.
