      Pros

      If on project no communication with fellow colleagues, appraisal process is not done and if it is it is light weight and a tick box exercise.

      Cons

      No team management or communication. No career progression or planning. No real choice of projects. No job security, the firm works on the lines of a body shop. If you are not management you are just a body to be deployed on a project and your only use is to be billable. Contractors are treated better than permanent employees. Training is minimal and if you have it when you leave you have to repay the cost.

      Pros

      Inoapps is a remarkable organization with outstanding team members who demonstrate professionalism at the highest level. Whether it was during the interview process or through subsequent communications, the level of courtesy and respect extended to me was exceptional. I have no doubt that Inoapps will continue to grow in leaps and bounds as well as set new benchmarks for success in the future.

      Pros

      Remote Work Work Flexibility HR team 👍

      Cons

      Higher attrition rate at senior level positions. I have seen innovative people working at senior level and seen leaving them in a month because of no projects. Andy (CEO) keep talking about initiatives but nothing at ground. No goodies, No hike, No appraisal, No Job security No expertise in Oracle.
