1. Very supportive and friendly working environment. I joined a short time ago and I get great support from basically everyone. I love and enjoy the environment of working here, my manager is fantastic 2. The training scheme is good and improving, I enjoy it! 3. Great working environment (if you go to the office) 4. Treated with respect, my manager always encourages me to give feedback and share my feelings to the company
