Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We agree last 2 years have been tough, given the economic/market situation and it has been difficult for many. If you look at the other companies, a large portion of them are not growing both in headcount and new projects. Unfortunately, we are not any different, we have to abide by the market conditions. But I certainly open to discuss with you if you have any ideas. That said, we have made lot of inroads in last quarter of 2023 and we intend to continue that momentum. On the execution or delivery side of projects, as you are a developer, who you will understand that it's very difficult to build something, which doesn't have an issue or bug. We are also building ourselves to be a stronger organization, some time we do good and sometimes we fail. But we always make an effort to learn from our failures and get better.
