      Pros . totally depends upon your leads (don't expect from management)

      Cons

      no holidays only 2 days for both eid 3rd day of EID will be considered as working day , considered working hours as 9 to 12 hours , dont expect high package . no extra benefits such as bonus , pf , even medical or fuel allowance.
