      - Really interesting project with lot of technologies and mathematical aspects to learn - Flexible working conditions - Nice colleagues

      Cons

      - Poor product management, people were pushing for their ideas regardless of a potential common vision - Conflicts between teams - Eventually this ended up with no more team, which is equivalent to unipersonnal teams
