      Pros

      One in a while when the CEO wants to blather on for an hour about his convoluted dreams he'll buy pizza so people will listen, but that's about it.

      Cons

      Wages. Management's inexperience and lack of any management. Nobody there capable of mentoring. Constant work overload. No potential for upword mobility. No feedback. No clear idea on what the company goals are. No culture. Zero. Not a safe work space.

      Flexibility, consistency, wonderful staff, amazing leadership, and support. Room to grow

      Cons

      No health benefits or PTO. Manufacturing smells & loud noises during work hours from the on-site manufacturing warehouse.
